Return & Refund Policy

At Taforganic, we take immense pride in the quality and purity of our products. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our policy below for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging with all seals, tags, and labels intact.

Important Note: We highly recommend recording a continuous, uncut unboxing video when you receive your parcel. This video is mandatory to claim any refunds or replacements for damages, leakages, or missing items.

2. The Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item at our facility, our quality check team will inspect it. We will promptly notify you via email or phone regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Prepaid Orders: If your return is approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment (Credit Card, UPI, Netbanking). Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Because COD payments are collected in cash by the courier, we cannot refund cash directly. Instead, refunds for COD orders will be issued to your bank account via NEFT or UPI. Our support team will contact you to securely collect your bank details once the return is approved.

3. Exchanges

Due to the consumable nature of our organic products, we only replace items under specific circumstances. We will happily process an exchange if:

  • The product is defective or expired upon arrival.
  • The product was damaged during transit.
  • The wrong item was accidentally shipped to you.

4. How to Initiate a Request

To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with your Order Number and the Unboxing Video / Photos of the product. Our team will guide you through the next steps and arrange a reverse pickup if your location is serviceable.
